In spite of rain and tornados in the north part of the state, about 250 brave Rangers and leaders entered the gates of Twin Lakes Camp for the 2009 Royal Rangers Pow Wow. Even though we had to take our council fires inside and lots of folks ended up bunking in the dorms, we were able to do all the scheduled events and give out lots and lots of ribbons and trophies.
